which way does the starter box turn the engine to start?

i was wondering whihc was is your starterbox supposed to sping your engine to start it up? it issupposed to turn the flywheel clockwise or counter clockwise?

Engines run counter-clockwise.

The easiest way to see is spin the tires and watch which way the clutch is spinning.

yep engine turns counter clockwise if you're looking square at the crank shaft.
