Great skids.
Combine those with GH bulk braces (
front rear),
rubber grommets and a bolt, and you have something that will go through a wall, but act as a very resilient bumper in the process.

I do have better photo's of what I did to my aftershock though, similar setup to give you a better look:
Basically just a countersunk hole in the grommet for the bolt to go into, so the rubber will compress around the bolt and the bolt will slide through the bulkhead without hitting anything, so you get maximum compression with minimal damage.
Was more work on the aftershock since I had to make a plate for the bumper since it's plastic. Otherwise it would just flop around. Besides, doing it this way made for a much better bumper support anyway. Have a similar setup on my savage... When something works so well, it's hard to not do it to everything!
