Which is faster?

Traxxas has a 550 moter in the Emaxx, and a 775 in the Summit. If I put the 550 in the summit, will it go faster???

No. 1 550 will not have the torque to push it. A 550 would probably just go up in smoke. E maxx's have 2 550's.

There are 2 bateries

Would the Mamba Moster make it goa any faster, or just give it more torque?
I heard tha MAX AMPS is a good brand of battery, Which would give me the best run time for the buck.

P.S. I have an wallet with no bottom right now

Mamba monster would make that thing fly, but it needs 2 3s batteries running in a series to make it a 6s and it would be a f'n beast.

Ok the "S" on a lipo stands for cells. So a 2s would be a 2 cell battery. A cell is 3.7v. So a 2s is 7.4v. A 6s is 22.2v! Which Traxxas motor are you referring to? The 775? Decent I guess.... depending on the turn of the motor and if your speed control could handle it. Also Alpine and I agree on the Mamba Monster.....(insert Tim Taylor grunting) That would be sweet on a 6s.

Ok the "S" on a lipo stands for cells.

Actually, the "S" stands for series. A 6s Lipo pack is a 6 cells wired in series (22.2v). You might also see something like 3s2p. Which is a 6 cell pack in which (2) set's of 3 cells wired in series and the 2 sets are then wired in parallel. That would be an 11.1v (3s) pack with double (2p) the rated mah for the given cells.

That is correct. Just like hooking a positive to a positive and negative to negative on 2 car batteries will cause a larger capacity 12volt system, while hooking positive to negative will cause one 24 volt system.

I was refering to that Brushless motor that Traxxas makes!!
