What do you guys think if the best one, I'm trying to help a budy new to nitro's pic a buggy for less than 400?

Of the ones you list the Ofna Picco and the Hyper 7 are both respectable. If he can wait a tad longer and save up a few more bones the Losi 8ight is worth the extra cash!

Ofna Picco and the Hyper 7 are really good buggies. Your friend wont be dissapointed in either of them. Id steer clear of CEN though, they arent as good.
The Kyosho is also a decent buggy.

Between the hyper7 and the ofna picco which one is better, or any differences between the 2?

The Hyper 7 is $90 more...

Seriously, that is about the only difference between the two!
