Where do you hang in the summer?

I need to move, we don't have a "summer" here. Living on the North Coast is getting so old. Always cloudy and rainy most of the year. Hopefully I can find a job and move back to Sacramento. Long summers there and a ton of places to go!

Low, and a bit to the right... old sports injury... lol

Usually my summer consists of family & friend BBQ's at the house, a trip or two out the the East End for shopping/beaches and some fishing/boating trips on my inlaws boat. We may try to get in a few camping trips this summer...

usually at my freinds house near orlando FL ill be there in 2 weeks!! after i graduate from high school....

I hang at a chain of lakes by my house. Its about 5 miles away so its pretty close. Theres 3 lakes all connected. 2 of the lakes are for fishing and 1 is for skiing and jet skiing and stuff. I usually hang on the fishing lakes and go fishing or swimming. Plus there happens to be a abundance of hot chicks at these lakes which keeps me coming back..lol.. Otherwise I'm hanging at the cabin or just around the house. Mn summers are pretty nice.

Near DALL-ASS, Ft. Worth area.....I been to sneaky pete's...it's close to the TAC main office.....I go there for classes on new products every so often...that place rocks they have like 50cent beers on some nights for about 3 or 4 hours.......lemme tell y ait sucks for me to go there cause I have to "behave" myself in front of the upper corporate muckety mucks so they have some perfect image of my boss's company......and there is loads of TEX-ASS in that place too.....

i will be Montana for a the first half of July, a cabin in the middle of the wilderness, I will have a big area to run my maxx and nobody to complain.

Oh yeah, I will definitely have to go there. Supposed to be starting a project there on the 20th with two of rotating in and out of Dallas for 5-6 weeks, waiting to see what the owner has to say. I've been to Duke's All American, that place was pretty cool too and Emily has a great set of tata's!

Now is the time of year I start to fish a lot.
There is a great Bass lake close to me. I can be in the watter in around 45 minutes from door to dock. I try to make it 1 full day a week and sometimes an additional 1/2 day.

Looks nice. I could spend a little time there. Door to water at my house is going to be about 20 sec. MAN, I can't wait!

Living in NYC, nice lakes are nonexistent. You have to travel to go to nice areas.
I live in Staten Island so it's not as bad as the rest of the city. (as far as peace and quiet go).
I used to take my boat and family to lake Hopatcong in NJ (about an hour away).
The new baby put an end to that one.
So I guess i'm like Corrado.
RC tracks, the park, and car shows.

I like to go up to the Rocky Mnts lots of state parks up there and lots to do. We also do a lot of camping up there too, very close to home I can seen the mnts from my front porch and takes about 20 minutes to get there.

RC10gt, lake Sonoma is not too far from you. I have been there one day when I was in wine country above Sonoma and I got there too early and had to kill time before the wineries opened. Drove around the whole lake.

Here in SoCal,, we hide in summer. We get that temporary invasion of the other coast's population. Best time for us to camp or travel within our state or to neighboring states is fall and spring. Lots of camping in the middle of the high desert in the winter!!! Nobody is out there. Take my motorcoach, pull my Jeep and take my RC's! Hills, dirt, water, sand, mud, HUGE bonfires, and nice and cold at night.
