Well my first order of parts just entered Canada. I so happy!. I opted to go without the jun-fac centre driveshafts for the punishers. This is what I found:

http://store.rc4wd.com/Rebuildable-Super-Punisher-Shaft-for-Wraith-Rear_p_3490.html

Are punisher a quality product or do I just get scale points?

The other day I was shopping around the RCC vendors area, and found a BMRC IFS Wraith conversion kit. Now I tried to order all the upgraded gear I'd need for the conversion, but alas they're not taking on anymore orders until the end of January... I suppose its time for them to catch up on orders. This is going to be my next purchase...I think! No definitely!

I'm telling you, go with the MIP drive shafts, they're tried and true. No idea on the other two. Plus, a complete front and rear set of MIP's is cheaper than one punisher shaft. There are no scale points for what kind of drive shafts you're running, at least not in the US.

The IFS kit is cool if you want a bash rig, and I might do it on a second Wraith if I had one, but no way I'm giving up my solid front axle on mine. I'd just buy a twin hammers and be done with it, but to each their own.

I hear ya, everyone on RCC has good things to say about MIP. This was my thought: When you see some of those IFS builds, there seems to be a re-sizing of the knuckle, be it VP, STRC, HR, or what have you, to accommodate the MIP shafts to be used as an axle shaft. Now I know I don't have them yet, and all this is based on a shot in the dark. But it looks like the punishers have a smaller O.D at the articulating points, and I was crossing my fingers thinking I could cheat a bit and use those instead of the MIP ones. The price of the punishers is whats held my curiosity this long, they need to be tested!

I don't have another wraith either, although I did score another cage on ebay, and with time I could very well have an IFS wraith.

The twin hammers might have a spot on my shelf after an exo.

The MIP's are truly bulletproof, you've seen my vid of my pro4 powered Wraith running on 4s power, and I beat on that thing all the time on 3s and they simply keep taking it. When the shafts in the new SCX10 let go, it will be MIP's without a second though going in there. I dig the idea of an IFS Wraith, but man, that's a lot of coin to build one up and not be happy with it.
