This is for people like me dont sticky if not needed but I just wanted to know for people who buy a used car whats the first thing you do before you run it? or if its a new car? do you just fill it with fuel? what if the radio wont work? just a few of my questions since I'm getting my car wensday

well i guess the first thing you should do is put the batteries inside the radia system and make sure it turns both ways and then make sure that all the screws are tightened and then make sure everythig is connected properly and then i guess you can take it out for a spin

after run oil, gotta get some oh ya what if the foam piece of the airfilter is missing? is that a big deal? can u still run it for a day and get a new on the next?

since your gettin a used one deff check and make sure the throttle and steering servos work, tighten loose screws, check for damaged or broken parts, make sure the clutch bell and spur gears are properly meshing, if its wet when you are gunna use it make sure u water proof your electronics, make sure your throttle trim is correctly set (about a credit cards with) so when you start it its doesn't die or even worse run away!!!!! it happens when i got me first car it was like half way from factory and i was a total newb so i didn know to check and all of a sudden took off smash right into a wooden fence luckily on broke the front bumper

some things i didnt understand how to do
1.make sure the clutch bell and spur gears are properly meshing
2.make sure your throttle trim is correctly set
3. i just wanna know whats a good way to water proof your car since it might be wet after a few rain clowds pass by

1.The clutch bell and spur gears are what drives the whole car to check if theyre meshing right just make sure the teethmesh together good (arent to tight or too loose)

2. Throttle trim is when you turn the electros on its the preset throttle position you can adjust it through the controler

3. The easiest way to water proof the electros is to put a balloon over them and zip tie the ends closed or you could use plasti-dip and dip em then let it dry. (i preferr using balloons)
