So I get the diff out, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, I've washed it down good with WD-40 and got all the old grease/lube out and I'm going to re-lube it, and put it back in and hope it works, you guys think it will work?

If the diff gears look fine, rebuild it, grease it and put it back in. It'll be fine. Once it's in, recheck for the ticking. If it still ticks, then checking the spur/pinion or the tranny may be in order. Are you pretty sure the front diff is ok?

Did you look inside the diff cup to make sure you didn't have a damaged spider gear or grooves wore into the slots of the cup where the spider gear cross pin goes?

yes yes i looked in the cup and took the gears out, nothing wrong, but I'm still buying two new differentials to put in it to be positive, and candy man the front ticks too, i'm replacing it with a new one also

I don't even know what the hell a CVD is so I highly doubt that.. Everything on my truck is all stock, except the rims/tires and exhaust.. so stock i guess..
