Wheelie Subs and a Vintage Boat

Am looking for info / plans / kits to help me build an RC model if Simon Lake's ARGONAUT; a submarine that also had wheels to roll along the ocean floor. Not so silly- USNS NR-1 was a nuclear sub purpose built for intelligence gathering that also had wheels. Then there is Nikola Tesla's model boat; the first-ever RC model. Sure would be fun to run these down at my local duck pond !

I really dont think you will find a model blueprint to do your project .is that a td on that thang?. found this really no help but there is a vast link to find.
