I have an Altair Aerial AA 103 (Tide) brushless motor boat that I like. It seems like the company folded since email support, amazon store, etc is all shut down (Amazon product link is still there). So I recently busted the drive shaft and with that lost the prop. I took it apart and I know it's a flexible drive shaft but unsure if I can get a universal replacement anywhere (plus the prop, etc). I'm not sure on length or thickness which seem to be the two primary things you need to know. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions. thanks

I second Chubaka's recommendation to check out Offshore Electrics. I've purchased pre-made driveshafts and driveshaft components from them. Hopefully, you can find a premade one of the correct length. If not, you can measure the diameter of your remaining part of the shaft, order a new piece and the appropriate end fitting and solder up a new one.

And remember to keep the new one well-greased. I remove the flexible drive shaft from my ProBoat Mystic 29 and coat it with grease after each outing.
