I like

69 COPO Camaro ZL1
69 Camaro Z28 with the DZ302 option
69 Charger Daytona
67-72 Chevy trucks
ANd anything that looks like a sleeper.

This is the one car I sold years ago that I would like to have back. It is a 1966 Vette, I spent years redoing her.

I would have to say my favorite 1:1 is the '67 Cobra 427. Blue with white stripes, side pipes, and some nice fat tires in the rear... True classic.

has anyone ever heard of a kit car called a sterling? i saw one in a movie when i was young, and remembered it untill i was at a family friends house and saw one in his back yard under a tarp. I've tried to get him to sell it to me but he wont do it. its built to fit a fiero or vw beetle chassis. and imo it has a VERY trick door!!

wasn't there a nova kit car with a door like that?

i remember seeing it in a mag somwhere.

Wow Beason! I think the trick would be surviving in it if my bad-ass Tahoe were to 'bump' into it! I doubt there's any way my lanky ass would fit in that thing!

I envy you, Broken...you have my favorite car of all time AND a corvette! Anyways, I'd want a Cobra.

Broken, How do you like the new Vette? It looks nice!

I'm broken them is your? if so man you are very lucky. i only see the the cobra whenever i go to jones beach in the summer. while waiting on line i get to see all the only guys with their mid life crisis driving all these exotics and classics.

looks like I'm going to be the only one who likes an import here.

LOL... Yeah, I wish.... Those are the cars that I really like.
My favorite car that I've owned, is my 98 Tahoe. I really do feel unstoppable in that thing, and the comfort & drive of a Town Car....

since i have a 71 chevy cheyenne id say thats one.

others

1980's Monte Carlo
1980's Pontiac Gto
1976 - 1980 Pontiac Trans am

beason how would you get out if you were in it and it rolled over?

as for your car are you really selling it? i wouldnt sell it. just fix something whenever you have extra money. I've seen seen realy hot looking ones including one with a 572 big block.

I would have to say:

68-69 Camaro RS/SS with the vacuum headlights.
53-58 The early James Bond Corvettes
63-67 Corvette Stingrays Split window
2006 Corvette Z06 505HP YEEEHAAW
55-57 Chevy Bel-air
69 Chevelle
66 Nova
Elcamino
Impala

If you havn't noticed I'm a chevy lover. i could make an ongoing list but this will do for now.

I happen to be lucky enough to own my favorite 1:1,
'68 Dodge Charger

What were you drivin? I like em cause of the looks and they are quite fast lol. Yea a lot of VR-4s are gettin worn out now.

I drive an 03' F150 Harley Davidson edition...fastest time 14.8x in the 1/4.

It's basicaly a stretched 99-04 F150 Lightning....we share the same motor etc. Anyways, I would rather die than to buy or own an import but I would buy one if you wanted something kind of sleepery. I mean not a lot of people know about them and they should sale pretty cheap. I would just use a different blow off valve...something that dumps into the intake instead of the open air. This way it would be way more quiter ;)

Only year you could get a Split window Vette was 63. Split windows are rare nowadays because of the poor rear vision. Customers would actualy have the dealerships take the split out and put a solid window in it's place.

I own an import truck.... no domestic truck gets 27 miles per gallon and and when you a college student and drive about 70 a day it beats 17mpg.

My realistic dream Car: 198X Mini Cooper Commerical (The panel wagon or the truck), Lotus Elise/Exige

Non-Realistic: Nobel (British sport car not legal in America), Ford GT

WELL, the Noble is imported to the US but as a rolling chassis. You have to purchase the engine and drivetrain seperately. They do use a "3rd party" supplier but does it really count? After all, that third party is on the otherside of the compound ... LOL

It's (M12 GTO-R) imported by 1G racing, based in Hamilton, Ohio.
