So can anyone let me know if the superchargers are worth getting. RB Innovations have them for 160 bucks but is it going to be worth getting one.

We've all read a lot about them on this board and other sources. As of yet, I don't know anyone that has purchased one. Performace hop-ups in this hobby are all word of mouth. Haven't heard any word yet -- sorry.

I have heard that it does add noticable power. Its a little spooky looking though, with a long unsupported length of belt, that reportedly vibrates at speed. IMO, the average tmaxx type vehicle breaks parts enough already, and adding more belts, gears, pulleys, etc can only make it worse. Want to go faster? Put on a Picco .26 for a little bit more money.

i would have to agree. it makes no since spending that kind of cash for a few cc;s. its not the speed that matters its the 10 secound jump on the strates that wins races anyhow.Invest in a good gear ratio and you will be leading the pack.

It's more for show. I'd like to see them develop one for a 4-stroke engine. Then it'd start to get interesting.

Maybe they could come out with a 4 stroke conversion kit for the ntc3 and have it come with the s/c
