Hey everyone -

I was cleaning up some boxes in my basement and came across my old nitro car - it is an Hobao/Ofna Pirate 10 4WD buggy.

To be honest - the thng is brand new - I don't think I ever ran more than a few tanks of fuel through the motor.

I'm getting back into RC, and have bought into Electric. I'm trying to clean up and clear out my old stuff.

In fact this is a retro/vintage RC. Is there a market for this stuff anymore?

I have the origional FM controller - everything is in the box and in really good condition.

How much should I try to sell this for?

Thanks for your input.

Very cool with original box. Hard to say value. Someone out there had this as a kid and might pay up

But what do you think is a fair price for everything?

There's not really a "blue book" value for vintage RC's. It all depends on finding a buyer who has some sentimental attachment to that particular model or needs hard to find parts for their own projects.

My estimate, you could get between $100 and $300 for it, depending on your patience finding a buyer. It may very well remain worth more to you than you could get for it. A fair price is just whatever is going satisfy both you and your hypothetical buyer.

Decide what you would like for this .list it 50$ more include BO in sales add . then you can drop it down to your wanted price.I've sold many rc items and some I lost out money other stuff I thought i was robbing the person.
