From my Google lens image search, appears to be a HSP Monster truck.

It "looks" like HSP but I don't think it is, I have every one of their nitros.

The radio tray, fuel tank, transmission and shock towers are all pretty different.

My searches suggest that it's an HBX "Xmissile", I didn't know they had any nitros.
