Whats The Differnts Not Sure

hi people i was wondering whats the differences between a .46 and a 4.6 is to do with th speed or how big the engine is

Engine size.
4.6cc = .28ci
7.5cc = .46ci
The bigger the piston and stroke, USUALLY means less RPMs and a powerband that is lower in the RPM range.
