I had poppers and a corn dog today, prolly have the same thing for dinner, I bought a HUGE effing box of poppers from Costco lol...

For Lunch we had BBQ plate lunches, for supper I cooked a pounce with rice and navy beans...It has been a while since I cooked something with a good rice and gravy!

The calf stomach is emptied and clean very well, then it's stuffed with meat, onions, peppers and other good seasonings then it is closed back up by sewing the liner together....I almost took a picture of it cooking but I think most of you would think bad thoughts LOL

I was running late so I stopped at a gas station and got a snickers, pepper jack cheese stick and a sandwich, both the snickers and cheese were liquid by the time I got back to my truck for lunch....

Tonight was chicken fried steak covered with gravy, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. When I was done with that I finished off my wifes boiled shrimp!
