lunch just packed for me today. tuna salad on a low carb wrap with onions and romain...extra pepper 
oh & a cucumber and a vitamin water.

Today will be left over shish k-bobs I grilled last night. Made with my own home made bad ass marinade, green peppers and pineapple on the skewers.

Someone cooked a little bit of goat steak yesterday at a cookout and other than being just little chewy, it was pretty good! No, it's didn't taste like chicken.
