Got home at around 11:30pm last night after a 16hr OT shift, then got up this morning to go on a jog. So, since then, I've been just chillaxing and watching the tube.
Just finished The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.

Love the Hobbit movies.

I watched 'The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warefare' last night - @Dan B. Another Guy Ritchie movie, and really a damned good one. It is a fictionalized comedy version of a true story based on a declassified mission that was named "Operation Postmaster". Absolutely kickass flick 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Hey-I legit JUST recommended that to someone last week-maybe it was @Xraycer ? 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

Definitely a killer flick. Opening scene was tremendous! I love anything Guy Ritchie. I’ve probably seen Snatch 300times or better. Another really good one that’s NOT Guy Ritchie, but kinda similar, and flew under the radar is Layercake. My favorite movie of all time easily. PHENOMENAL cast.

No it wasn't me. I've seen TBOTFA numerous times.

I vaguely remember the title, Layer Cake, but the previews didn't jog any recollections.

Must be dementia sneaking up on me already lol.. it was definitely on this forum-I’ll have to go back and look. It was someone who loved Snatch, and so I recommended that flick. Layercake is DEFINITELY worth the watch! 🤙

I was going to say, anyone that watches the opening scene of The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warefare and isn't immediately locked in must be dead inside. It's up there with the pig scene from The Gentlemen. Both of those I can honestly put in my top 10 favorite movies I've ever seen, if I consider trilogies to be one big film.

I have a number of guy Ritchie movies downloaded, which I play in a playlist all the time when I don't have anything else I care to watch. They just play in the background usually. Damn tinnitus! In fact, it's on The Covenant now 😉

I will have to check out Layer Cake. Not sure how I've never seen it tbh. Looks great!

Dude, I understood what was happening when I replied that I thought he was talking about The Hobbit.
