Finally got around to really cleaning the kitchen today. To celebrate I went to dinner at a small mountain town restaurant I've posted here before and had my favorite Meat Lovers Calzone. They never fail to please.

View attachment 277872Three cups of Jersey milk as a learning snack this morning🫠🫠 it's $17.32/gal but Mom found some cheap at its expiration date. It was indeed sour so I'm glad I didn't explode the chair during today's Dutch test.
I found high protein skim milk for sale as well, and I'm bored. I heated it a little and blended it with melted butter to get a 6% fat percentage similar to Jersey milk. It has emulsified pretty well

$18/gal.......😱

Rewarding myself, and avoiding dirtyin' the kitchen, I'm rewarding myself for being such a good patient after my eye appointment, with one of my favorite breakfast burritos 😋. Yes, of course, I rode a motorcycle. It may take me 3 or 4 hours to get home unless I ride to dinner 🤣.

Sounds like me in younger days.
8 miles to work and 80 or so home! :p
For me, it never fails. A 30 min trip to the grocery store turns into a 2 hour ride through the countryside to see the sights, smell the fresh cut Alfalfa and cow manure 😁. I'd be willin' to wager I'm the only guy in a 100 mile radius ridin' a sport bike that has cow manure on the underside of the fenders 💩.
