I absolutely crushed this mountain of nachos I'd made for dinner! Components: pulled pork, salsa con queso, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, green onions, and Valentina's hot sauce.

I had a plate of leftover chicken strips with mac and cheese.
One of the side effects of my lovely news is loss of appetite so I'm gonna eat while I can.

I had mac and cheese and an ice cream sandwich. Mine was out of lazyness. 🤣

and lots of cheese. I wanted crumbly fresh curd cheese but I might try and turn it into a hard cheese...

I bought the cheese on the bottom today. Blue cheese never takes too long with me🫠
Pickled cucumbers are very common in Poland but I've never had pickled eggs so I figured I'd try that once as well. Especially since I'll do anything but learn for my driver's license theory exam🤣 but I didn't have any beetroot for the color sadly

I like the diablo sauce the best. Not so much because its got the most heat, but for the flavor profile.

Time for breakfast. Looked in fridge. Decided to do a little purging. Sautéed up: shredded cabbage; pulled pork; spaghetti; eggs. Seasoned with Cajun spices, Japanese bbq sauce, and hot sause. Turned out really tasty!
Coffee and an Italian cookie.

That's my favorite too. Back in the 80's Taco Bell had the best sauces. I don't know why they changed it.
