Corn tortilla rotisserie chicken tacos. Had this yesterday. So good, I had it again, this evening! Dessert was giant green grapes, cashews, and medjool dates.

Nothing yet....there will be beef stew hours from now...

And the beef stew was good...I had 4 bowls just to be sure. My ex came by and brought my son to get a unbiased panel of judgement. With their help what's left fits in a reasonable size container to go in the fridge. I am the worst at cooking for 1. Lol

Even with the 3 kids away at school, I still, typically, make things in large batches. I love leftovers!

Welcome to the new age....there is no such thing as leftovers anymore....it's all just "meal prep" if you make more than can be eaten the first time around,lol

Mom bought 7lbs of steak for me yesterday. When I got home and heard about the sale I went back and bought another 7 lol so guess what I'll be eating from now on...
