Yeah, I have yet to get up the courage to try anything raw. Maybe if there was an ocean near me. But until the US from the Mississippi westward falls into the abyss, I think I'll pass on trying any raw seafood. All the sushi I have tried has been tempura shrimp, veggies, or immitation crab. But my local Kroger is now making it fresh daily, and it's about as good as I've tried.
