My tastes have changed over the years. When I was a kid I hated ham, now I like it. When I was a kid I liked seafood, now I can't stand it. Every now and then I try foods that I'm allergic to on the hope that maybe I'm not still allergic, never goes well but I keep trying every so often. :banana:

Maybe you all need to eat the right mushrooms...... you know the ones that make you see things differently....things that mite not necessarily be there....make you happy and chill out......just saying.....they taste like sh*t as well lol🤣

My boy Drew does the exact same thing with Salsa.. Apparently he’s allergic to Cilantro, but he loves how it tastes.. What’s even STRANGER-is that he’s one of the people who tastes SOAP when he eats it too.. 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

I cannot count how many times I’ve watched him straight up projectile ralllllllllph that mess up in the parking lot of some dive, but authentic Mexican joint. 🤣

It’s funny you mention that-I’m the only person I know that actually does NOT mind the taste of THOSE ‘shrooms.. I’ve unfortunately reached the age where they aren’t much fun anymore.. Last time I “partook”, it took me SEVEN hours to make it home from my buddy’s place less than 8mi from my door… 😅

Too funny but I definitely can see where it happens....best of all you remembered that experience where in reality you shouldn't of remembered much of anything ....yes those days we'll behind us all now

Yepper. I worked with a dude that was from South Dakota, and was huge on mushroom foraging. The first two he brought me were Lion’s Mane, and Morel.. Ol’ Jimmy.. Last time I saw him we spent a TON of brass at his “compound”.. Dude put me onto a dish from “back home” called Chislic… Super freakin’ delicious stuff..

Can't leave out Pizza. What would a Pizza be without a fair amount of the Ms involved? A Pizz?

I enjoy puttin' 'em (Ms) in an omelette every now and then. I know how much chicken butt bullets are enjoyed around here, myself included of course. 😋

My sister owned some cattle on a small parcel of land some years ago. The neighbors asked if they could forage mushrooms. They would find them under dried cow chips. I told my sister she should go into business selling those chip shrooms. She was content allowing the neighbors to get stoned off of her cow chip mushrooms. Didn't want to get in trouble with the intent to distribute 😯.

Maybe we should all go out and touch grass??? 😂
I've never held any malice, directed any harm or disrespect. You eat what ya wanna eat and I'll eat what I wanna eat and we'll all call it good.
