On another thought. You guys put hot (spicy) honey on your pizza? Was at my best friend house few weeks ago and he has a pizza oven on his back patio. We proceeded to have a pizza party. First time I every put spicy or hot honey on pizza. Loooooved it. If you've not tried it give it a shot some time 😉.

Just kidding, it's supposed to turn out this way. Very strange bread that started out as an experiment but I got addicted enough to it to poke my own patience this much.
Essentially it isn't baking anymore but rather continuously steaming above a water bath at 100°C. There's sadly no other way to get this taste
 
My day starts when it starts....today is at 4 am I guess. Soon to followed by the breakfast of champions. Strong black coffee and a fat lip of stoker's.....mini crawler articulation is measured in breakfast tins....

This guy can flex on 2 with 3 wheels firmly planted no problem.

Never tried it, but it seems hot honey is popular with pepperoni pizzas.

Did you open any of the persimmon seeds yet....they will have a spoon....fork.....or knife shape inside seed...that predicts what kinda winter you'll have....its old folklore....there should not be a meat cleaver shape ...sorry little motor
