I let it slide since everything looked so good, and the sea cockroaches were not touching the real food, and are easy to dispose of. 😜

And I don’t know if I just got the right damned bottle or what-but this Cholula “EXTRA HOT” absolutely SMOKES my usual Ghost pepper stuff.. better flavor too. I has a new numba Juan….. 🤩

after mixing up the dough for the bread I was actually supposed to make, I had plenty of sourdough left, which I usually turn into pizza but now it's become a seperate spongy bread (more then half of the weight of the dough was water). I didn't thoroughly mix the rye sourdough with the wheat as you can see lol. This is the "actual" bread:

You're like an artist, doing studies, painting eyeballs for awhile, then noses, ears, hands, etc 🤣

So what next? Pasta has a lot of challenging shapes. And there is one I heard about awhile back that is actually like and endangered species. These two Canadian chefs went to Sardinia to try to learn how to make it to pass it on. Might be something fun to try 😉

2/3lb. 80/20 bacon, bleu burger w/raw onion, sliced fresh jalapeño, and Dijon on toasted Artesano bun. Nathan’s onion rings.. 🤘

Looks like the hand from adams family. 😝🤪 keep the Bleu and Dijon. Other then that id go through 2 or 6. 🫠🙃
