I'm not a big fan of chicken breasts, but those do look good. I love the dark meat, especially the thighs.

Same here. But I'm making some chicken and rice with broccoli and carrots for dinner tonight.

If you want a killer chicken breast recipe that is super easy, check this out. Hot damn it's good. Slice the chicken breasts in two to make two thin breasts (not strips).
