Susan made personal pizzas on the grill using the grill pizza "oven". It was really flavorful with pepperoni and bacon. She added plenty of red pepper flakes to add good heat to it. However, it appears my grill just doesn't get hot enough to get that super crispy crust under the pizza.

Pulled out the Weber grill yesterday after work. Smoked a 5.5lb rack of baby back ribs for 4hrs. So, didn't get to eat it until 8:30 ...but, it was super tasty though!
Yeah, didn't even think about taking a picture by that time.
