I had nothing for breakfast. As we need to go to the store
Lunch I had chicken tenders (frozen) and my leftover crab cake from last night.
For dinner tonight we are trying roast beef in the airfryer.

Lunch was a Tuna Sandwich and BBQ Doritos.
