From following this thread, and knowing Grey pretty well... ignore the above two comments Xray. These guys are just weird when it comes to food and their taste buds 😜 That pizza looks killer to me! Some of the best pizza I have ever had looked just like that, and had no meat at all on it.

I pretty much already have an idea of the kind of reactions from certain "regulars" on this thread. It's all good, I welcome all opinions!
When it comes to food, I am very adventurous, and I know there are many that sticks to a limited, familiar menu. I'm not offended by those that find what I like unappealing. I find it rather boring to all be alike.
In regards to that pizza, my wife had it made that way. The onions, mushrooms and broccoli were initially baked with the pie, and then the spinach were added on at the very end. Just enough to wilt it and not totally incinerate it. It was a good pie! Even my 15yo really liked it.
I've eaten at a number of eateries where fresh greens are placed on top and not fully cooked in. I like the different texture contrasts of these types of pies.

Picked up where I'd left off last night. Veggie pizza for breakfast this morning. Since it is breakfast, I added 2 pork breakfast sausages. Banana strawberry yogurt to round out the meal.
I spent 30min on the treadmill prior to breakfast, so zero guilt for the heavy, late breakfast.

Another bonus to veggie pizza... it usually tastes great the next day too. Where meat pizzas have the grease soaked and solidified into the crust, the veggie ones are fresher. The next pizza I make from scratch, I am going to try that exact combo. Breydon would even like it because he likes all that stuff.

But if it were me, I would have thrown some scrambled eggs on that and topped it with more cheese and thrown it under the broiler til the cheese started browning 😜

Yes, the pizza tasted even better than last night. I'm not a cold pizza guy, so I had it crisped up the crust in the toaster oven.
I definitely like your idea of eggs on the pizza. However, for me, I would do sunny side up to get that yummy, runny yolk all over the pizza!

That would be killer as well. You're making me want to order a pizza, and I have steak in the fridge that needs to be cooked. All the Stroganof that TP has been posting made me order the stuff to make it.

In this particular case its not about my taste buds, its the principle. Pepperoni, Sausage, Bacon, Mushroom, and banana peppers is the only way I roll when it comes to pizza. Anything else is sacrilege! Ok, ok, I'm exaggerating a bit, I can settle in extreme circumstances lol

I asked Breydon what he thinks this is. He said "Chicken with bbq". I asked him if he thought it was bbq, or chocolate pudding. He paused for a second, his face turned an off-shade of pale green, and he said "EEEWWW!" I told him I'd try it 😜

I'm thinking that's Nutella.

Maybe that is Nutella. I thought it was a lighter brown, but I have never had it (I know, now I'm weird).

It was a strawberry shake for me.

I bought Breydon some of this because he looooves Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

How was the CTC spread?
It turned the French toast into huge, gooey pieces of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I can see me spreading that on graham crackers, toast, on ice cream, etc. It is pretty darned good.
