my first 100% einkorn loaf. It fermented for 6 hours at 35°C/95°F and only started to rise near the last hour. I love its taste, 9:30PM and half of it is gone, even though I made it for my parents (to keep them away from my pumpernickel)

Too plain, added some diet chili (no beans ya heathens), diet sharp cheddar and calorie cutting diced jalapeños... Tasty!

Breakfast: veggie omelet and 2 leftover restaurant made soft pretzels with yellow mustard. Fruit smoothie. The last slice of the Thanksgiving day pumpkin pie.

Another clean out the fridge dinner. All 3 kids were home from school last week, so there was a number of restaurant leftovers in the fridge. They all left, today, so, now, its my task to use it all up......along with all the leftover turkey.
This evening: mac-n-cheese, broccoli from general Tso's chicken, and chicken cutlets. I was not fond of the broccoli nor the mac-n-cheese. The chicken cutlet was actually made by my 18yo son for a Friendsgiving he went to on Friday, and it was really good!

Well now I’m embarrassed to post my garbage.

I was lazy. Mrs Littlemotor hit the sack 2hrs ago, and I didn’t even use my regular Fosters for the brats bath.. They were trash too, because of it..
