I've got 2 Tmaxx one has aftermarket parts bigger camshafts and diff hubs should I swap to other truck. The one with aftermarket parts I put a 3.3 motor on it has aftermarket spur gear and other things have not ran either of them. I bought a 3 shoe clutch not sure which to put on need help.

What Tmaxx do I have and what should i swap If anything.

The one with the black transmission like the v1 2.5 t-maxx with a newer engine on it. Guessing the other is an extended 3.3 t-maxx, looks longer in the front at least.
The grey trans is the stronger of the two and also has a better slipper mechanism.
Wasn't the brakes on the newer 3.3 transmission improved over the older black transmission?
Yeah. Like the revo with a steel rotor and fiber pads. The old maxx had a fiber rotor with steel pads.
