What sould my next Rig Be??

Well, i have money burning a hole in my pocket(around 250-300 bucks). And a Castle 3800kv motor/esc combo layin around. I'm seriously considering the HPI Savage xs ss kit, since its older brother (HP) is out of my price range. It looks like a fun truck, and my electronics will fit awsomely. Hah, any other rigs come to mind for a bashing?

Any of the brushed mERV platform vehicles should also work and also fit in your price range. The mERV (Mini Slash, Mini Summit, and Rally ) are set up to run a 540/550 motor and ESC as they come with them installed in the brushed version.

Ok,thanks, but i heard the mervs dont have the best durability vs the savage. Its always an option though.

Save a little more and get the TLR 22SCT. Good, solid truck and you can race it too!

The mERVs are every bit as tough now as the Savage XS IMO. I run my VXL on 3s and have only replaced the slipper/spur because I mis-adjusted it and it melted (my fault).

Both the merv and xs are very durable rigs. It comes down to personal preference.

I'm looking more for a solid basher. I have an AE sc10RS, sc10 4x4, and an Ae rc8be, so i dont need another racer hah. Anyway, the Mervs do look pretty cool. All have to decide.
