Well I use my Xray T1 for drifting. I broke a shock body and the next gen shock body is the only one I can find and they are plastic and suck... SOOO My question is what aluminum good shocks can I get to put on it that will be good for drifting?

Not sure. I thought you were saying that the T1 and T2 shocks are the same, just plastic vs metal.

Welll I used the t2 shock body on the t1 but it was hard to get on there. The shock body is shaped a little different too.

If the shock body is shaped differently, then the way the shock is compressing may be messed up. If the shock body is bigger than the piston, the oil will go around the piston which is bad. I would probably stay on the look for a shock body, since it's the only thing you need. Plastic shocks are fine though. They work and do their job. Plus when you're drifting they don't compress that much, depending on what your shock setup is.

Ya the piston did seem smaller than the body. I was wondering about that too.
