what setup do you suggest

I am fairly new to the electric world. I have a crawler i fool with a lot, other than that all my experience is with nitros...with that being said, i am currently converting a nitro rusty to electric. and i am wondering what you all would suggest for a motor/esc combo.

The Traxxas VXL is a great system for the Rusty.

I have a Hobbywing 120A waterproofed ESC and a 3500KV Tacon motor I will give you a good deal on if your interested. I used them when I did my conversion but I didnt like the conversion so I turned it back into a Nitro. The ESC is better than the VXL ESC and the motor is basically the same, its the same KV rating. I only used them for maybe 4-6 packs total? The ESC will handle up to 4S but the motor only handles 3S.

tekin rx with a 8.5t to 13.5t but if your not looking for high end performance and want it to be waterproof velineon. i beat the hell out of one in the winter time, put it though rain snow slush salt, and it never stopped going.

i don't know if the venom combo is any good also waterproof. that coming out soon or maybe already out.
