Hello! i have just three quick questions..
What rattle can paint exactly will i need to get this color yellow:http://homepages.ius.edu/MARTINAW/yellow truck.jpg

Is it still ok to use spaz stix prep?

Do i need to back the yellow with any thing when i am finished?

I have never painted a rc body before so i thought i would ask exactly what i needed rather then screw it up. Thanks!

I would guess Daytona yellow, maybe back with some white or silver. If you back it with black, it'll darken it. So most likely some silver. I would practice on a scrap of clear lexan before painting the body.

Pactra Daytona Yellow, backed with either white or silver.

I did this ElCamino in Daytona Yellow and backed it with Silver.

Thanks exactly what color I want! thank you both! By the way that body looks insane!

Is there a need to use "Pre Prep"? and is there a paint I should put on after the coat of silver to protect it from the nitro fuel and other things?

You always want to prep the body. I always wash mine out real well with soap and water to remove any mold release residue. I also wipe the inside down with da too prior to painting.

If you have some it certainly would not hurt to use it. With washing it first then wiping it down with da I feel no need to use it, and I have not had any problems with my paint adhereing.

Ok great thanks!
my only other question is there any like sealant spray for the body to protect the paint from nitro fuel and stuff like that?
