Welcome!! And you might wanna post this question in the appropriate forum to max up your chance to get your anwser. just trying to help

If you post your ? in the radio section of the forum you will get help alot faster, this part of the forum is for introducing your self, and telling people a little about you and your rigs.

Thread moved.

I have the Airtronics M11, 2.4 Ghz spread spectrum. I looked at all the radios out there before I chose this one.
I've had several computer radios in the past, and also have a Futaba XS3 PRO, but the M11 does it all, and has it all.

The Airtronics MX-3 is a great radio for both starters and professionals. Great low price also. I love this radio. I can save (I think) 6 settings, which is great if you have multiple cars. You can also set your EPA, which is setting how far your servos will go out. There's also a bunch of other things such that I'm not sure about yet, but it is a great radio.

I have a nice MX-3 in great condition if you're interested. I'll include two receivers as well.

Futabe 3PKS with FASST 2.4ghz setup.

It is perfectly balanced in my hand which is what I didn't like about the M11.

If I didn't need to have a module based system, the 4PK would be my choice.

Could u guy's ad some link's to ur reply's so i could see what/where they look like and where to get them

I'm a big fan of my Futaba 3PK. I've never used any other computer based radio system but I can't say one bad thing about it aside from the weight. But that sort of comes with the territory. The more tech they cram into a radio, the heavier it's going to be. However, I have heard (like Robmob stated) that it is more balanced than the Airtronics M11.

However, if I didn't have 8 vehicles with Spektrum receivers I'd opt for the 4PK. The 4PK is SIGNIFICANTLY lighter and looks to be somewhat easier to navigate. I really like the angled screen.

DX3R is the best by far, IMO. I have owned a Nomadio React,DX3,DX3.0,DX2, and a Multiplex Profi Car 403. I think the only one that will come close to the DX3R is Multiplex Profi Car 403 and what is great about this radio is the fact that it is a 7 channel pistol grip radio.

I had a Futaba 3PK and used it for quite a while. I sold it and bought a Spektrum DX3R, and was severely dissapointed. IMO, the quality is just not up to the same standard as my Futaba. As I've said before, I feel like a sold a slightly used Bentley and bought a new Geo Metro for the same price. Maybe that's drastic, but it's kinda like going from a Rolls Royce to a Cadillac. The Caddy is a nice car, but it's a big step down from a Rolls. For that reason, I'm about to sell a nearly brand new Spektrum DX3R and buy the new Futaba 4PK. I also had a Futaba 3PM, and it's a great radio if you're on a tight budget. The 3PM FASST (2.4GHz) is only around $170. You can get the FM brand new for about $120, and used for under $100, but you'll have to worry about channels and such.

If I were you, I wouldn't buy anything except 2.4 GHz.

Why do you fill that way about the DX3R ?

The range is there, the fuction is there, doesn't eat thru batteries,3 postion switch,2 postion switch, left or right hand use.
