Anyhow, i just read the Picco .25 manual here:

No suggestions other than to run 20% for the first 3 tanks. Good indication that they expect you to run higher % after break-in. Along with a good explanation of what the break-in process actually does. Which tells me you dont need to re-break-in an engine when you switch fuels. Just re-tune since the sleeve is already broken in.
I did send them an email so you know. I will post it with their answer when they respond.
They did give you the most important page you need for a manual too! The needle settings! lol - this is the #1 page we all look for isnt it?!?!?!?
