what engine for rc10gt

i am fixing to get a used rc10gt but i want to replace the engine. what engine should i get for it? i am looking for something low priced and that wouldnt be hard to tune and would keep good tune. if you have one let me know. also an engine that i woiuld not have to change things around.

OS-CVR fer sure....that thing rips and will hold a tune like no other

definitly a os .12 CVR.. great power.. not too much where its uncontrollable.. easy to tune.. keeps a tune.. and last a long long time

I would go with the OS CVR or the Fantom FR-12 '03 version. The Fantom is cheaper, has more HP, revs higher, and is still easy to tune, that not quite as easy as the OS.

Mugen MT12 is a great match for the GT if you have a good throttle finger.

I liked that Os 12CVX-S. I tried the MT12 in the ST and it had a slide carb. All I can say is PATIENCE!! If you go WOT too quick you can damage your slide carb.

I stuck an OS 15cv-rx in mine and it rips. Very easy to tune and i'm on my 11th gallon on that motor and still going strong! Get the short shaft or just cut the long one.
