actualy when i looked at the back the first thing i said was "o hee's got a color shift" i have the eye of the painter LOL! may i ask what methods you use of stripping the paint off?

There is a company that makes "Easy lift off" (ELO).
Nothing easy about it, but it does take the paint.

OK now that I said I was going to strip it, the comments from the peanut gallery are gonna start flying.

If you were serious Ed, the holes are drilled out for a Trip R.

Fridge, would you like me to do a thread with step by step paint stripping?
Not a problem.

Look for it soon.

It is now being stripped.
Check the other thread.

By the way, Thanks Ross

I think it looks damn good. I'm not much into the colors. That is a great job with the color fades. Especially on the front. Great job. The talent on this forum is awesome!!!!!

Can't believe you are stripping it. Just anther comment from the peanut gallery, though.

I like it too. Your original idea of the roof scallops that complemented the front I think would have looked better, and I prefer the FasKolor purple myself, but it still looks like a good job as is.

Thats why when painting for a friend, I let them pick out the color and theme (flames, scallops, art concept, carbon fiber, etc) and thats all. I don't let them get too technical with it, because it ALWAYS turns out different, even from MY original idea.
