So guys i got an nihm for my rc and i am not sure how far i can discharge it so i turned my esc to no discharge limit so the battery wil be 100% emty after the run but is this good for the nihm?

I never have used LVC " low voltage cut-off" with my Nimh batteries. I run Nimh in all of my crawlers. I've used the batteries for quite awhile and haven't had to purchase new ones yet. I use them in all of my crawlers and use Lipo in my bashers.
I run them until they run no longer...

There is no specific dont discharge below this voltage in a Nixx battery.. when I used them back in the day we would race a 8 minute qualifier and some would just run outa voltage to finish the last minute .. seen rc barely move on a track..and we abused them to no end well they did end. you will have what I call a bounce back when battery is no longer supplying esc.. so you can drain a nimh these days down to zero volts .with no damage done....
0 volts is ok

Again I run them in my crawlers and as a matter of fact mine ran dead half way up a section of rocks this morning..

were as a lipo would have gotten to the top and back down... like any battery some have no good things others have many

0v for NiMH is ok. Performance drops a lot though beyond .8V. I cycle my receiver packs in the spring usually and put them on a bulb until the bulb goes out, let them rest, then charge them back up. Let them rest/cool, then I do that again. Seems to help them live longer for what I do.
