I was wondering if some one could tell me what would be the best packs to get from www.batterystation.com One of the guys I race with has a matcher and said he would do it for me for free. I just dont know what would be the right cells to get. Its for a 1/10th scale offroad if that matters any?

I pick up my batteries from OffshoreElectrics.com. They sell loose GP3300's for great prices, and the head guy over there, Steven, ships very fast. If you don't mind making your own pack, you can save a lot of money on batteries. If your friend matches cells, then he can also help you make a pack...it's pretty easy.
Check out this link: Loose GP's
The GP3300's he carries are the newer cells which put out more voltage than the old ones. Check it out!

thanks gilbequick I'm just sick of spending $75 bucks on trinity batts I have 16 GP3300 trinity batts and I ran one guys nonamer matched pack and there was no difference between them.

How you care for the packs has alot to do with how they perform. What do you do with your packs?

Well let me tell you what kind of batteries I have first they are Trinity GP3300s Team cells, I'm useing a Novak Mill pro charger set up for NIMH cells and I only use one pack per practice or race per weekened. After I'm done useing them for the race I have a Trinity Discharger the new one I can't think of the name off hand that discarges them down to .09 per cell. Then I put about 320 to 400 seconds of charge back into them. I use one pack from one guy I race with a no namer pack and I had longer run time and more puch to it useing a stock motor.

I run the fusion packs as well. Took afew races but they are starting to really wake up now! good quality, good performance ... can't go wrong with them.
