What a poopy day

Well, my day was going okay. I went to my classes, had a headache cuz I didn't eat. I wanted to save my appetite for going to Olive Garden with my mom.

So I get home from school and get back this money order I sent this little fucktard 15 year old. I had an agreement to buy his factory team ntc3, and he changed the agreement after I sent the money order. I told him to cash my money order and send me a new one so it doesn't cost me any money for the refund. But he just sent MY money order back cuz he didn't wanna spend the few cents it took to get a new money order.

Anyhoo, so I put the money order on my table and goto Olive Garden with my mom. It was a good meal. We get home and I still have to deal with my money. I goto the bank and ask if they could cash it. They say no. So then I got over to the place I bought it from, and they said they'd cash it but I would be charged $3. So I say yes even though it's total bullshit.

Now i'm out $3.75. I know that's not a lot of money, but it's the principle. This little fucktard wasted a good portion of my time worrying about this whole thing. Then his ass won't even ADMIT he was in the wrong. Instead he tries to put that poop on me. And on top of that, he's too cheap to spend the 25 cent to $1 to make it right. Even though it was his own fault for going back on the agreement.

I wouldn't hassle it. I think you're lucky that he sent the check back. Someone else may have kept your check and keep promising to send you money back.

Well, I won't give all his info, but he lives in gretna, louisiana and last name is "Crisp"

I've calmed down a bunch since getting the money order cashed. I'll let it go without any more action, since it is only a few bucks. Just bothers me someone can be such a prick and never accept responsibility.

I will tell you, fore minors, I think i'm gonna start using a policy of contacting the parents after a deal has been made, so I can make sure they know what's going on and are aware of the terms. That way the contract is on them.

kwong2001, I always make it a point to call the person I'm trading with to make sure I am comfortable with the trade or sale. I am lucky I have dealt with honest adults in the past and honestly I probably would not trade with anyone who is not a legal adult. If the person I was dealing with refused to let me call them on the phone to talk I would not go through with the deal.

Imbroken and Darth- Every single deal I do I talk with the person I am doing the transaction with, Because they might think of me as a scamming teenager but the guys can back me up who i've done deals with on the site. Still I agree that you should contact the person. Even though its still possible for a scam to occur. You just have to think positive and try to do deals with people well known. Thats why also I give and think it would be nice to recieve the appropriate feedback on here.

Oh, I dont expect it to last either, even if he is not a member. Keep in mind also, that he at one time claimed to be crippled, although his mom says he is mentally handicapped, although if he is, it has not affected his speach one bit as I have talked with him on the phone also.
