Me and my mom are at mcdonalds. They took 15 minutes to give us 2 burgers and a fry. So we are sitting at the second window. Some punk ass is behind us with a civic and is revving his engine, "Meaning go you idiots" Well we couldnt move up because the guy kept on saying its coming up in just a second wait here. So after the guy revved about 4 times and beeped, i stepped out of the truck and went to his window and asked him calmly to shut the hell up, he looks straight ahead and says back off jackass... so i grit the teeth and say that was all i had to say, dont be immature again and have some patience. then i walked back in and got in the truck. ANNOYING ppl... wow...
 
Annoying? I'll tell ya'll something that rubs my choad the wrong way (and this happened to me recently). I ask this person on the phone (at work) if the mouse plug is round or rectangular. Ya know WTF they said? Green. That's right, green. Yesterday this tard queen comes in and want to get some memory put in a couple of laptops. She brings in the software with the specs. I look up the specs on the laptops. Software requires 256Mb memory. Both laptops can only take 2x128Mb, ergo she'll need 4x128 to get them both up to minimum for the software. This concept was way over her head. I was real patient, but I was about to blow near the end. "Why can't I get 2 pieces of 256?" "Because the laptop won't take 256 chips." "But" PPL....... [/rant]
 
Just think Error, without people like that, you wouldn't have a job.

Not all of them are like that. There are alot of outstandingly cool clients that know very little about computers, but they trust us, listent to what we say and understand basic questions. Round or square? "I can't tell." or "I'm not sure." would have been perfectly acceptable. But green?

not what happened to me but the type of crap I deal with on a daily.
 
I had a guy come in the store and tell Vivian he needed a cartridge for his printer. She asked what printer he had and he said it didn't mater he just wanted a cartridge. He was adamant that it didn't mater what kind of printer he had he just wanted a cartridge. He got upset because she kept trying to explain to him that it does matter.

LMFAO @ Vivian, she sold him one we have and in stock and couldn't move. She wrote on the receipt that there was no returns on this item and made him sign it. When this guy left I asked her WTF she did that for and her reply was: "He didn't purchase a cartridge, he paid me for my time."
 
So, I'm guessing that you have to do a major "Bite the tongue" while your working eh?
