I’m not sure there is spot for this, but I’ll try here. Recently found my first RC car. An ancient NIKKO Ferrari Testarosa. I loved this thing. Problem is, the tires are dry rotted to the point that they’ve fallen apart. Is there a way to get new tires for something like this???

Poke around HERE a little bit and maybe somebody can give you a lead.

Do you know the scale size by any chance? Or measure rim size. I’d take car to an hobby shop and see if there is that size or close to it. You may be able to cut tires that are a close in size to fit with some tire glue and some fancy rubber band work. I’ve done that myself before. Or look at some cars at Wally World

Rewrapping the original wheels with foam seems like a decent idea. 😎

Thanks guys! You’ve given me a lot of great ideas, some that have been bouncing around my head, and some new ones!
