Just wanted to share this little project. It's non RC but still a build of sorts. Took me around 45 minutes. It's a 50s Dunwell Buckeye. Used to be blue and had a bed. Here's some pics.
Here's what it looked like in the beginning...
It had this nasty bend in the roof. At first I couldn't figure out how to get it out, but then...
I realized most everything was held together via tabs.
So I took it all apart.
The blue underneath the grill was pristine!
Here's the finished product. It might not look all that different at first glance, but it's perfectly clean; no spider webs or dirt anywhere, axles roll super smooth, and no more dents. Enjoy the rest of the pictures.
