Got one of their temp monitors off of ebay recently. It was brand new but when I installed the battery, nothing. It would not turn on. Tried the other battery and still nothing. Took a battery out of one of my other monitors that was working and it still did not work. Rather than go through the hassle of dealing with the seller on ebay, I decided to email venom and see what they would do. They got right back to me with a return number and place to send it in for a replacement. Venom gets a big thumbs-up for customer service in my book.
