my local hobby store sells venom batteries and i saw somewhere on here or so some one said that they suck but whats the truth are they any good or no lol i need to know if i have to order any new ones from some one ealse

I don't think they suck. I have a Venom 7 Cell 8.4V 5000 mah battery and I've never had any problems with it personally.

i have the same one that rustlerx350 has and i have never had any problems with it either!

They have a lot of battery life to. The only thing that i had wrong with mine was the pin got bent and doesn't fit in my charger now but that was my fault. lol

I would have no problem getting one!

You can get higher quality cells for around the same $$. They just don't seem to have the punch of a good quality high output cell like an IB or something of the like.

Forgive my dumbness... But what/who IB? I am more of a nitro rc fan myself. Just barely getting into electric.

Intellect Batteries. I'm partial to them. They have much better discharge rates than other "sport" packs you'll find and you can tell the quality of the cells because they warm more consistantly than cheaper packs. I mean the individual cell temps go up more evenly instead of the center cells getting much hotter than the end cells (you'll see that more with cheaper stuff).
