What would be the max temp you guys would run your motors at? Right now both of mine are topping out at 150 degrees running 30c 2s battery's, it seems a bit high to me. I might have to add a couple teeth on the spur but I like where I'm at with the speed. Would a heat sink be beneficial?
Other than that, the truck has been running great! Destroying the body encouraged me to buy a wheelie bar.

I am in need of some heavy duty springs for the maxx. With two brushless systems and two lipo battery's this thing is pretty heavy. With the springs I have now and 70 weight shock oil, it will bottom out when dropped from knee height. Does any one know of a good spring. I was thinking of using traxxas progressive springs but don't know what the spring rate is.

with 70wt it does that.
wow i'm glad i have the power strokes. with 32.5wt dropped from over 1metre at 9.9lbs it just squats down less than half way.
