Hi

I’ve just cleaned my car out as I’ve been on a very dusty track.

Is it ok to spray a bit of GT 85 Lubricant Spray on the moving metal parts, cogs, shafts, sockets, etc?

Thank you

@Rickyo007 I wouldn't go to crazy spraying a bunch of stuff as it tends to attract more dirt and junk then anything. Where exactly are you wanting to lube?

I use a wax based lube on my trucks. Doesn't attract dirt but helps with overall binding and wear. I use it on my hinge pins, cvd joints, dog bones/cups and spur/pinion for electric or CB/spur for nitro. Just have to make sure to not dribble on the slippers.

A bottle lasts a few years as long as you keep the cap tight. You have to shake it before applying to mix it and I use a little eye dropper to suck a bit out of the bottle because it's very wattery. Then put a drop on all the cups, slider axle joints, bones/cvd joints, spin the spur and try to apply a few drops as it's spinning to fully cover, then I let it dry before using.

I use one of these:
