UPS Internal Activity Code?

I got this on the tracking when I shipped the item yesterday. Is it something bad? Or is it just something they do when you ship to Canada?

I've seen awaiting customs clearance ... item re-scheduled ... in transit and out for delivery . I've never seen or heard of an Internal Activity Code .

Edit: Okay, it wasn't. I'm just making sure it wasn't anything bad. Did they open the package and see the contents? I don't think there was any nitro fuel or any radioactive stuff in it. Maybe it was the rattling sound of the parts in the parts box.

I worked for UPS, but this was pre-9/11 so I'm not sure if anything has changed. The only time (to my knowledge) that we did anything with a package is if it was labeled with certain classes of explosive materials. The facility was shut down and a hazmat team removed the package. The one time that happened, the box was labeled with class A explosive stickers on the outside. Turned out the box was full of just that...... stickers for class A explosives.

UPS IS GETTING ON MY NERVES!!! I was supposed to have a package a little while ago and now it says UPS INTERNAL ACTIVITY CODE....AAGH!!
The status switched from in transit to "exception" what the heck?!?!?!

Ring the SOBs up for gads sakes. If they try and palm you off with some excuse then keep harassing them, sometimes it's the only way to get carriers to get off their asses and do something

Haha as a UPS employe I laugh. Custom's....is a bunch of people standing around with green stickers that read ODC on them, they slap one on each box and its on it way. I would bet someone opend it and saw the contents, and decided to play with it lol. We have opened fribises before and throw them at eachother, along with womens pleasure toys lol.
